Best OFF manufacture planes designed by Philippe Prevot. All planes are manufactured under licence by big cie in France Europe or abroad.The original technology is based only on straight aluminium tubes(aviation quality) assembled with bolts, without any bending, any welding, any fiber for structure, all bolts assembled with bolts.

The aim is to offer very simple kit plane, very strong, wich can be easily mounted, with low maintenance cost , and good performances

Best OFF work in partnership with french high technology aviation universities to improve the performance of his planes, each year new patents are registered

The first plane developt by Best Off is the SKYRANGER.

The SKYRANGER was created by Philippe Prevot in Toulouse, the capital of the French aeronautical industry in the mid 90,s. Studies were partly done by one of the most respected aeronautical schools, ENSICA and SUP AERO.
The aim of the project and design was to produce a high performance microlight aeroplane of the simplest possible construction, to be easily mounted, checked and repaired by anybody anywhere in the world.
With only straight tubes and no welding , it has been achieved...
198 Skyranger have been manufactured in France from 1992 to 1997 under licence by SYNAIRGIE.
The Skyranger is today partly manufactured under licence by Aeros Itd for Best Off, to very high standards.

The incredible success of the SKYRANGER due to his very simple design, strong construction, and high performance:

• 1200 planes are now flying all arround the world.
• 5 times world official FAI champion, also several European champion awards (see awards).
• No other ul planes got so many awards than the SKYRANGER.
